I don't know why nobody else has posted about this yet, but during cutscenes and the opening, and the game in general, the sound just pops and skips horribly.
Is there anything I can do to fix it?

1 step - open mail program
2 step - describe your problem
3 step - attach dxdiag
4 step - send to our support

Have you tried to check how does sound works in windowed mode?
