Next steps - build fort to mage, hire barbs, attack necromancers, raise vampire, win. Warrior should finish demons.
Build priority - possibility to build libraries, mage need spell change. after 2 necromancers - attack spiders. fear them, raise vampire, raise zombies as meatshield.
Probably we need harbor - easy to attack l'anshar. Or simple kill dwarves and further...

Plan: Warrior should get Oakwood in the top left corner. Mage should move into province with fort,hire slingers and finish quest in centaur province (take more magic arrows, there are ghosts). Build plan - T2 Necromancy, then T2 illusionist. I think it is time to hire third hero. Probably commander (we have centaurs) into strategist would be our best bet.

103. Warrior intercepted opponent's Ringleader, won with 7 hp. Mage + level (spellpower +1), Hero's chainmail, quest completed, going to demesne with fair wind. L'Anshar's mage besieged our fort.

Suggestion - warrior should attack Outer lands, heal with vampirism, build there fort, hire 1 slinger into garrison , attack mage, then finish fortification ring around AI's demesne.
Mage - take crystals from quest, hire scout (our best bet against phoenix). Scout with our brand new arrows and bow/crossbow would skyrocket in levels.

Well looks like the game is almost over guys, just need to beat the Phoenix with the Warrior and kill the minotaurs with the mage,right? At level 20 with the right spells it should be doable.


What do you suggest?
Minotaurs: T2 necromancy ritual and take mass slow(from treasury) and fears for mage..
Phoenix:Scout attacks first, should badly damage it and die(without activating reincarnation). On next turn warrior should finish it.
Probably scout needs doubleshot, level 10 at least. And rings for stamina.
The Warrior might be able to bet the Minos to with Assas for poison and some T1 Meatshild , then he should be able to finish them off one after the other while they kill his Meatshilds.

So you killed the Phoenix with the warrior alone. Was it close?

Edit: I suppose I can just try it myself with the previous save.

We lose initiative - put warrior so it wouldn't get hit at first turn, cast vampirism. Warrior won with 19 hp left, but wouldn't call this close. - did more than 20 overhit damage.
What about starting a New Map, Large or even Collossal :) with additional Rules...like Gremilon suggested?
Rolling a dice and then aiming for staying neutral, becoming pure or Dark and only using Neutral/Evil/Good Units...or a really special Map...only using Monsters&Undead&Demons ;)...
