Ah, I think I got it... You ask about fanmade modification for Genesis. Bokulev don't support it officially due to big amount of used copyrighted content and doesn't take part in development. As for translation of this mod - modmaker studied German at school and can't freely speak on English. And when I asked him last time about process of translation he told me that nobody contacted him for a while.
