some building give the topic as a bonus.

The fact is I can't understand what's "Redwood income" for example.

Do strategic resources give you income? When, how? :D

If you have that resource available and the appropriate building, your total income is increased by X. It does not increase income of any specific province, but the increase can be tracked at the statistics screen (which is why it's so non obvious).

Another way how strategic resources can create income is that the site of the strategic resource may create income in the province just as monoliths, abandoned farms or other sites.

EDIT: Apparently multiple instances of a rare ressource do grant the bonus multiple times.

Multiple instances of the resource DO grant the bonus multiple times! So if you have 3 iron provinces, you get 15 income added to the "castle income" on the statistics screen when you build the foundry which gives +5 for iron. I wondered about that,too, so I tried it.

IIRC when I built stables the province gold income display went up by the appropriate figure. So it was actually listed.

I think he's referring to buildings constructed in the demesne, not in a specific province. Those (or at least some of those) generate income for every qualifying province.

Yup, if you wanted Gold to show up on that line for the Horse resources that you had, you'd need the Lvl 4 "Equine Brothel" building...
