Could you please contact with your issues to support. Describe your problem with as much details as possible and please attach DxDiags to your mails.

To all those for whom updating the Intel HD drivers did not fix the game crashing issue: please contact support and attach a dxdiag.txt file. It really is difficult to reproduce the problem without some hard data.

We did check the game on integrated Intel cards and we didn't run into any issues with Oct. 2012 (in our case when we rolled back to earlier version the windowed ran fine but fullscreen crashed).

If for some reason updating the drivers does not work, either uninstall/wipe the old drivers manually, and/or ensure that you are running the driver installer as an admin.

Oh, and another thought: some laptop/netbook/whateverbook vendors impose restrictions on what you can update using the chip producer's drivers. There are vendors who are particularly bitchy about updates that do not come from that said vendor.
