But what's the point to log changes here, on GOG forum? Those who own the game here - they can look at it in Changelog menu in their Library, and those who don't own it here - well, they don't read such topics (or, maybe, instead they read the changelog on Steam where it is not hidden from not-owners as it is here on GOG).

Changes are often mentioned in the forum before the Gog notice in your library. In fact, sometimes the Gog notice doesn't show up in your library at all. That's why it's good to read the forums. Someone often notices the updates and posts it here regardless of whether or not Gog posts the notice in your library.
I also find it useful to see that the game is still being developed/supported and what form that takes. Having been unable to play Master of the Broken World for many years because of all the bugs I'm hesistant about buying another game from the developer but they are the sort of games I like to play.
