Maybe we can make a list and appreciate common elements?

For myself, this computer:

CPU - AMD Phenom II

GPU - Nvidia GTX 460 (314.22 driver)

OS -Win 7 64bit

AV - Microsoft security essentials

I haven't had any issues. Graphics on ultra with shadows and reflections turned down to low I get 30+ fps always. Load times are fine. No crashes.
