Judas states that it's unintended and will be fixed.

I used the installers and the dlc aren't working for me either.

Here's my order of installation:
Dungeons 2
Dungeons 2 patch
A song of sand & fire dlc
A chance of dragons dlc
A game of winter dlc

I remember Sword of the Stars The Pit needed all the dlc to be installed a specific order to work, is it the same here?

No. The offline DLC installer is broken. GOG still needs to fix it.

Ok, after my last email to support the dlc problem has been located and forwarded to the developer for fixing. Hopefully the patch will be done soon.

We've uploaded a patch for Windows and a new Mac DMG for the game and the issue should be fixed now :)

The new patch came online today and fixed the dlc issue.

You can find the dlc content under singleplayer>skirmish.

First will be the name of the dlc and then the map name.

I just tried it out and it works!
