I have all my party members with their inventories in certain order, mainly the casters with the spells sort to pick them fast, and don't need to search them each time I open the inventory (spell books can't handle all spells).

But, when their inventories are near full and they pick a new object, with a shape that doesn't fit in that 'Tetris' layout, them rebuild their inventories, as when you touch the button "auto sort".

Is there a way to disable that "automatic sort"? The preferences seems to not have that function, maybe another tweak or mod?

I don't know about that specific issue, but I used a mod that added several pages for inventory. If I recall correctly, I was also able to edit the mod to add more pages. It never got full. so I never faced that issue.

It was basically just a .dsres file, not an executable, that was placed in the games mod folder.

I think a few people posted where to get these mods if you're interested. I can't recall where I got the file at the moment, but if I remember to look it up, I'll post back.

Yes, that mod is an acceptable solution.

Anyway, I still finding a way to remove that auto-sort. Maybe the resources pack in nexusmods, but need to investigate. If anyone knows, let me know.
