I searched in google, and saw a person with a similar problem, but no answer. I have been playing the game for 3 days, but all of a sudden, the camera angle does no pivot up and down (I'm no talking about zooming in or out). It is stuck with a rather top down camera view. I looked through controls, and found nothing that I might have accidentally pressed, or maybe I missed something? Before I think you could hold down the middle mouse buttong, then move the mouse for a different angle, now it doesn't work. Thanks for any help. I have restarted my pc, and uninstalled, reinstalled game.

Changed some settings in options, I do not know how they changed, since I wasn't messing around with them at all. The lock camera was turned on with both options, i set it to off and it works. The game did lock up my pc, and I had to do a restart, then the problem occurred /shrug. Anyway, if anyone has this issue, look in the look camera options. Maybe there is a hotkey that turns on cam lock that I hit trying to kill the locked up game.
