Hey
My game shows the opening logo then I can hear the audio from the video but the video wont play. and if I hit escape I can hear the music from the main menu ... but I cant see it ... alt tab and alt tab back in and I can see the menu but the video is frozen.
I tried opening with different versions of windows... I tried prioritizing the program. I tried opening as a admin... not sure what to do

You didn't say what graphics card you have, or even what game you're playing... I'm going to assume DK2, and that you have something integrated without dedicated graphics memory, because that's the most common cause of black screens.
