Unless you install the High Resolution Pack, all the gore and nudity is low-res and laughably pixellated. Duke's swearing was contentious at the time, but it's nothing compared to recent games such as Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (where they seem to treat expletives as nouns, verbs, and commas). Duke swears less than the average schoolchild.

I'd say get it, the dialogue isn't worse than an average PG-13 movie. Postal on the other hand...

duke2 is rated teen
duke is basically late night tv now compared to modern games.
get blake stone if you want less gore in your fps.
