Does anyone believe that GOG will ever release the first two Dukes or Duke 3D add-ons?

They're bound to eventually show up. Could be awhile, but I have faith.

Wizardworks' Duke It Out In D.C., Life's A Beach, Nuclear Winter and Duke!Zone II all in one pack would be sweet indeed.

Who owns the rights to the Duke3D expansions? They weren't 3D Realms games, so I doubt we'll get them on here. http://www.gog.com/en/forum/duke_nukem_series/duke_it_out_in_d_c_duke_carribean_lifes_a_beach_and_duke_nuclear_winter


They can be found on torrent sites but even then you'll have to get user-made apps to manually extract the files in order to be able to get the usable grp files for eDuke32.

Would definitely love having the original Duke games. Classic side scrolling shooters don't get much better than Duke Nukem 2 and Duke 1 is good as well. I will be keeping my fingers crossed.

It's not impossible. According to the Duke Nukem wiki, Wizardworks was bought and disassembled by Atari, so it's likely they have the rights to these expansions. And GOG are currently selling Jagged Alliance 2: Wildfire, so it wouldn't be the first time they sold an expansion that was made and published by different companies.

I think the main obstacle to these expansions being added to the library is whether the demand for the expansions is big enough to convince GOG and Atari it will be a profitable venture.
