I was looking at this today and noticed that the download size is listed as 27 MB. Is that really all it takes for this game?
Thanks.

GOGer: well, so this is yet another game that is missing the red book audio then.
why isn't gog making the tracks available as high quality (320kbps+) mp3's? ..at least
There is no Redbook audio.

Duke3d dident use Redbook Audio, to my knowladge it used Midi's.
I see 1MB of midi files and 5MB of .voc files on the original game CD - I remember a bunch of recorded audio - so it's not all midi - haven't played the gog version yet so I dunno. Just bough it yesterday

I no longer have my Atomic Version disk - but my original CD version I do have contains 97MB including previews and other tools (there is a .grp file in the install that is 26MB in addition to the other install files)
Just butting in an ancient thread to state that my Atomic Edition Duke3D CD does have a remix of the title theme as an audio track. I think it's just a bonus, and doesn't play during the game.
The Plutonium Pak CD also has the same remix.

I was happy to see that GOG.com was offering DN3D Atomic for free as it's a pain to run the patches to get the original version (1.3d) up to Atomic (1.5).
