So I'm stuck in the art room in Chapter 3 (three clocks) Have spoken to Lee and they've left and have selected choice with Hera about how we talk to people.

Can't investigate, speak, or go to map, but can access inventory and look at things or use flashback (can't do anything in Flashback either) and can play 'Be A Good Citizen'. That's all though.

Am I missing something obvious here, or have I just bugged up?

I think it's likely you're bugged. But I am not 100% sure. I did complete the game earlier today. And don't remember being stuck at that part.

If my memory serves me correctly, the first time I met Lee we introduced and talked. No interesting information. I then went to the other areas on my map.

Are you at that part? The first encounter with Lee? Where you meet him for the first time?

B/c I'm not completely sure where you are at. Or did you already set the time on the 3 clocks? Or are you at the part where you get the 3 codes and then need to interact with the 3 paintings?

Yeah, it ended up being bugged. I went right back to an earlier save and it happened, but a previous chapter save was fine. Cheers anyway.

On the plus side, whilst trouble shooting I came across the easter egg ending.

Oh lol don't spoil it for me but what is the easter egg ending? Is that ending c? Or the "secret achievement" ?

It's the secret ending hinted at in the loading screen, not ending C
