Does it save at the end of each level? Does it have automatic checkpoints during a level? Thanks!

To make sure I understand, you have to complete the whole game in one sitting, or you have to start completely over?

Yes, you have to complete it in one sitting. If you exit the game you'll have to start from the beginning again. The games last about 15 minutes from beginning to end if you can complete it without dying

What is great about it is that you have unlimited continues and it continues after certain checkpoints.
