Nintendo and Capcom have announced that Dragon's Dogma is being ported to Switch and will be released next April: http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2019/01/dragons_dogma_dark_arisen_is_slashing_its_way_to_nintendo_switch_this_april

So we know that Capcom is still working on this game. Will this mean anything for the chances that the version sold on GOG finally gets updated? Will they want to keep all the fans happy? Or do GOG clients not matter anymore?
its so strange, but it seems only you friend's pawns will get RC and sent items in GOG version, is that right? Are there any support or topic talk with capcom about this?

not that i have seen
wanna check it out? I belive I was able to give my brother some items, his RC is also way higher than mine
just checked, I was wrong. Sry about that

But yeah, hope Capcom remembers the GOG version
And I'm sure the Switch version will get all the love and attention it deserves and then some, unlike the GOG release. So many requests from so many users to get the patch that Steam got have fallen on deaf ears. I've had the game on Steam since way before grabbing it DRM-free on GOG and without fail, I always get the "Connection failure" warning upon loading my save in the GOG build... I finally got fed up and tried to load my GOG save in the Steam version and I get a "Corrupt save file" error... at least with the Steam version (if I start a new save) I don't get the "Connection failure" errors... it just works for me there

Super dissapointed with Capcom for the lack of support they've given the GOG build.
