I just downloaded Dragon Age Origins and I noticed in the opening menu the option to "configure" so I clicked on it and came up with the Dragon Age Configuration Utility. Can somebody tell me what the purpose for this is ?

I think the point was to automatically adjust game settings to what the game believed was best designed to run on your hardware.
