I installed The Winter Forge Mod (from Nexus) to prevent Dwarf Noble from removing all DLC at the end of the origin story. The instructions for the "shared armory" (to recover said DLC) requires a change to the bin_ship\ECLog.ini file (to save equipment) as well as DragonAge.ini (to pull this information from the logs).
So far, no love in finding ECLog.ini anywhere -- or even a file remotely resembling it.
Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think you just create the ECLog.ini.
It's been a while and my memory is not the best.
Try copy and paste what's below, save it as ECLog.ini and place it in the bin_ship folder.
