Hey everyone, last week I ran into the bug where if your approval is 100 with a follower, when you click on them, you would get their love soundset even if you are not in a romance with them. This led to my male warden being called 'My Love' by Alistair.
There wasn't any fixes I could find so I spent the past few days trying to fix it for myself (I don't know how to code) and I finally did it. If anyone is getting this problem (or bothered by it, I thought it was funny), I uploaded the fix on the nexus site.

I hope this isn't against GOG's forum rules or anything. I just wanted to post a fix since people have complained about it for years now on different forums but there hasn't been a fix.

Nice, I think I got this bug with leliana. I maxed out her reputation, and I wasn't able to get her romance option.

How does one install this mod?

You simply put the files in your C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\packages\core\override folder and it should work.
As for Leliana, I'm not sure. It's a known bug but it should be fixed. I actually tested Leliana's romance recently to see if there was any problems with the mods I'm using. I got the romance to work even with a high reputation. The major mods I'm using are Qwinn's Fixpack, Morrigan Restoration Patch and ZDF Fixes. With these (and other inconsequential mods) there doesn't seem to be a problem with the romance so maybe you can look into those.

EDIT: I just read the changelog for ZDF Fixes and one of them is making sure Leliana's personal quest dialogs (the ones that go missing due to the bug, I presume) appear at the appropriate approval levels no matter what the romantic status is. That seems to fix the bug.
