Hi everyone,
I noticed that Italian language is missing on the description page. Wich is kinda of strange.. in Ego Draconis and Knight Saga Italian text was there. Anyone can confirm that in Developer's Cut the language is missing?
Thank you. Have a nice day!

The initial release of D2:DC is in English, French, German, Polish and Russian. Additional language support is possible; there is not much extra localization required for D2:DC if DKS was translated into a particular language, but Larian requires approval of the associated publisher to use the language files for another release.
Thanks for the reply.

But I discovered something funny. :P

In the root folder of the game there is a file named "lang.ini" if you mod it like this:

[general]
Language=IT
LanguageFull=ITALIAN

and then you go to Data folder and mod the languages.xml like this:

<Languages>
<Language XBox="Default" Spoken="English" Text="Italian" />
</Languages>

Then you have the full game translated.
Work with the spanish text too. Just repleace Italian with Spanish and IT with ES.

Make no sense for me, Larian studios. :)
Being technically possible and Larian having the legal right to officially release D2:DC in a specific language are two different things.

I did check on an official release, though, and will let you know when I have anything to report.
Thank you, then. :D
How do I change the language? :/

There are official downloads for English, French, German, Polish and Russian localizations.

For Italian or Spanish, in Windows Explorer, browse to the folder where you installed Divinity 2, open both of the files SinNiji mentions above in Notepad (or other text editor) and make the described changes.

I tried to change the language to any and none except English does not work. The trick with Italian and Spanish works, but the rest did not :/

The Italian and Spanish text is included in the English download, but for other languages you will need to download the appropriate install files. There are no separate language packs to convert between the English, French, German, Polish and Russian, just the separate full installs.

So GoG does not provide a full release game with other languages? Because I have only this one version of the downloadable.

When you go into My Games and select Divinity 2, on the left side of the page for the game, there should be a drop down box where you can select the language version to download. English may be listed as default, but you can switch it to Polish, French, German or Russian and download the desired version of the game.
