Hi everyone,

We have uploaded a new French Mac version of the game. This version fixes the graphical glitches experienced on certain maps.

Thanks and have a nice day :)

edit: this fix made possible by folks writing to Support :) So remember, in case of weird game issues, write early, write quickly! :)

1. None of the downloads are marked as updated. Not the Mac installer, nothing.

EDIT: Ah, I've never seen a game with separate language installers hidden behind a dropdown box before. Then the French Mac installer may indeed have been marked as updated, even though it isn't for me anymore.

Any particular reason for the dropdown box? Why not just list all the installers?

2. For the love of GOG, please implement a changelog in the download section. Every time any part of any game is updated, we have to manually locate the game specific forum to look at the release post for that particular update, in order to find out whether or not we actually want to download the damned thing again. It is annoying as hell.

Yes, pretty please. A changelog is such a basic concept.

Done from MONTHS, saying that now is just a bad excuse, even if you alone you can't do anyrhing. BUT you can report any request aswell : especially if one has been resquested multiples times, by many people for so long. :(

You are the person which posts informations about updates, it seems natural to me , you would be the person able to report request about improvements how we should be informed.

GOG; have more & more games to didistrubute, it's rediculous to stay with your actual system update, it becomes a nightmare for us.

I have requested such a thing so let's see what the upcoming site rewrite brings, shall we? :)

Unfortunately, "upcoming" can mean anything up to "sometime before 2050", and since you insist on keeping everything you do a deep dark secret until it is actually released, that doesn't instill a whole lot of confidence.

That insistence on keeping a lid on everything is out of my control, you know. I wish I could tell more about behind the scenes but unfortunately I can't :( Like I said earlier, let's see what the site rewrite brings, OK?

ok.

a side note , you given partial information aboiut this update ; the windows installers have been replaced , same version but different sizes and of course the downloader add chunks to the existing files, i don't know if it's a good thing........ again using the same version number isn't a good thing.

The site feature wishlist for this ESSENTIAL upgrade has been there for over 18 months, and it's such a basic feature; such a basic need. If this were a suggestion on how to make money, it would have been implemented over 18 months ago. Why... just why wasn't this implemented long, long ago?

I don't know why it wasn't implemented a long time ago as I've only been working here for only a year and half. I am sorry but I really don't know the answer to that question :(

If it appeared I was having a go at you personally, I can assure you I wasn't. Just ranting at the serious oversight of such a basic concept as a change log, that's all. :)
