I got the game before the Definitive Edition was released and it was stated that Sir Lora is included in that Version but now I should buy the DLC ? (Playing over on GOG)

There's indeed a problem that not everyone who already owned DOS2 is getting the DLC for free. They're looking into it.

Still not there for me. But yes, maybe they are enabling it gradually rather than for everyone at once. In any case, Larian has contacted GOG about it.

But now I got it! Apparently, they started the process to grant the DLC to existing owners only after the pre-order deadline finished, to ensure that everyone who bought the game before that, got it. But then it took a while to update everyone's account.
