Friend and I played pre-release. Saved games, had fun, finished first chapter. I updated to the new game, and obviously those became incompatible. I deleted every save I had (all incompatible) and we began a new adventure via Multiplayer, and I invited him to the private game. We played for 8 hours or so, and ended for the night. I went back today to start up our game, and all my old deleted saves are back, and the new saves we had are gone.

Does playing multiplayer delete the game once you both leave it? Or are my cloud saves bugged? What happened?
