I can't find any option. I've installed both patches. What am I missing?

Hi there,

go to the Folder of the Game (Standard is "Divinity - Original Sin 2") and open up the application "language_setup.exe". Choose, save, have Fun :-)

If you have problems finding the Folder of the Game you can (in the GOG Galaxy Client) go to "More" (next to the button "Play" --> "manage installation" ---> "show folders" (hope it is correctly translated to english as I am using the German Version).

Best regards

Thank you for your help!
Sorry for doubelposting the thread.

I'm not sure wich one you mean. I only have a language_setup.png wich isn't a executable file.

Edit: I had the game installed without GOG Galaxy. I redownloaded it with it again and it seems to work now.

Thank you

Hello again,

did you ensure that you have installed all the updates published so far? If so your version should be 3.0.141.999.

I had the language_setup.exe already when I installed the Version 3.0.141.822. In my folder I can see there three files that are named language_setup, but every file has another extention. An .exe, .ini and .png File all named language_setup.

You only have to open up the .exe file. (try to change you Folder view to "Details" to see what the "application" is). This is the file you need to click on.

Hope this helps.
Hello,

i only have the .png and .ini file of language_setup after patching to version 999. The file language_setup.exe is not in my divinity original sin 2 folder or any subfolder. Reinstallation of the game have not worked. So can anyone please upload this file to an hostdrive or anything else?

Thanks

You can easily change the language without the language_setup.exe

Go to the Data\Localization folder and overwrite the language.lsx file with the language file you want.

(language.lsx.de / language.lsx.en / language.lsx.fr / language.lsx.ru)
