I'm in the airlocked control room with the crystal control panel. I found the blue rod and inserted it and go the other 2 blue rods. Somehow I managed to turn OFF ALL of the crystals and cannot get them to light back up. A few different guides I found say that I should select a crystal and then sliding the blue rods will change the brightness of the crystals. Sliding the blue rods do NOTHING.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

Okay, solved my own problem. I thought the rods would directly control the shade of blue in the crystals. We're actually looking for how bright white just the tip of the crystal gets when sliding the rods.
