Do warriors and templars have the exact same abilities other then the templar getting more attack vs undead?

Are Templar and Warrior shield blocking abilities the same?

warrior is better with shields

this includes access to shield types, perks for blocking, maximum chances of blocking

also, even with 'fechtmeister' trait, warrior is a viable solution

The traits are an interesting addition. Since I want to actually use shields, I won't be taking fechtmeister. Can you explain Ratel Hide please? It says it increases DFE. What is that?
