This is two separate builds and offline installers.
Again, v7 - tomorrow, probably :)

As always, do not forged to enable "admin run" back, especially if you install in Program Files.

... released that brought official Diablo: Hellfire expansion. No official changelog.

*Unnoficial changes from forum users:
Hotfix for the Launcher, that previously do not apply Video settings for Hellfire (wrong sim-link to dx version of Diablo ini file). Now Video settings tool in Launcher must allow change settings for Hellfire expansion as well.
