Drakkoone: I contacted them twice, and my messages were completely ignored, I never got a reply.
Steam lists Techland and WhisperGames a publishers. Perhaps contact them. If the developers went bankrupt, the publishers may not be aware that the game was not updated here.
Czech voice acting is actually available! You have to download this file:
http: //update. dreadlocks. cz/dex/Dex-CzechVoiceActing. zip
and extract it into game folder.

Why does GOG offer so many outdated games? That is fraud!
It is frustrating. Whenever i've asked support about it, they say to contact the publisher about it. They don't seem to have control over what patches show up. It seems to be up to the publisher to provide those.

It's disappointing and true.

In my opinion, there are basically three types of developers/publishers:
- Those who are active on GOG and keep their games updated here as much as they do on other platforms.
- Those who are active on GOG and usually keep their games updated here, but also release exclusive content on other platforms.
- Those who are inactive on GOG: they put their games here and never or seldom update them.

GOG doesn't seem to have any control over how developers/publishers act here.
