Seem to have hit a bug in the first chapter. Can't exit Decker's by the back door as requested. Or am I just missing something obvious?

Running El Capitan 10.11.1 on later 2013 iMac with NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M graphics card.

There is a tube on the right down corner you have to sneak through it using "Crouch" move which is Down Arrow key as default ;)
