You know that fuse panel or whatever it's called on the universal constructor that shows after you destroy the constructor? It rises up on that column after you enter the code. What is that panel for? Bypassing it doesn't seem to do anything so I'm wondering what it does.

It turns off the lightning bolts coming from the ceiling.

Huh... I don't think I've ever noticed it.
