I recently installed the Revision mod for Deus Ex (I got it directly from GOG). This morning Kaspersky Anti Virus deleted revision.exe with the flag UDS:DangerousObject.Multi.Generic

Should I be concerned or is this just a false positive?

False positive.

F-secure did that too. It "found" Trojan.GenericKD. I reported it to them as a false positive and they checked the file and confirmed it.

Kaspersky just deleted Deamonlaunch.exe which was a GOG file. Any thoughts?

Yeah, uninstall Kaspersky. If your using windows there is no need for that Kaspersky scamware as you have Defender.
