*spoilers follow* So I'm still in Seattle and I've killed Sak and her goons, and have the Harrier pilot available. I see that I can either go to the Order church or go to the WTO Terminal, but I wanted to do the Omar storyline on my first playthrough but I can't find any missions to do for them, other then scanning the alien corpse, which I've already done. Should I just choose one of the other factions' destinations and then at some point there will be a chance to side with the Omar?

There is nothing more you can do for the Omar in Seattle, but you will receive more quests from them as the story progresses.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I'm going to church--apparently the WTO don't like hackers and/or people who disable their bots. I can't go to the WTO terminal without a turret opening up on me, and I don't feel like using a grenade to disable it. Seriously, I just wanted a free queequegeno out of that one ATM. How was I supposed to know there was a camera there?. . .there never were any by ATMs in the first Deus Ex.

I could've sworn there's a camera by ATMs in Paris in the dead-end metro station where there's that one guy selling you some items and asking you to take out the MJ12 bot & guys nearby.

You're right! I'd forgotten about that one.
