It's not in the list of downloads for DX GOTY?!

If you have GOG Galaxy, go to Deus Ex™ GOTY Edition's page, then click More > Other > Deus Ex Revision. If you have to select the checkbox for the Deus Ex Revision DLC beside the More button.
Additionally your Deus Ex GOTY game should be updated to the latest version.

Took me quite a while to find it but here is a link. It is in the form of a free DLC that you need to buy for nought. Problem is that it is INVISIBLE... not found by doing a search.

Also, the mod can be downloaded from the game card in your account after you have bought it.
