From the Tenderloin Clinic:

Raphael: I wish to hell they'd give us the all clear.
Jake: You makin' a play today.
R: Nah. Scrounged some copper wire. Wanna get back home and try it on the statue.
J: Christ, you and your statues! What's this one called.
R: "The Man Who Was Thursday."
J: Makes about as much sense as the last one. Napoleon-something?
R: "Napoleon of Notting Hill."
J: Doesn't seem like much use for sculpture today.
R: There's always tomorrow.

And in Paris:

Chad: When government surveillance and intimidation are called "freedom from terrorism" or "liberation from crime," freedom and liberty have become words without meanings.

What a shame.
There are some very funny dialogues in the game, but my personal favourite is the speech Morgan Everett gives you if you choose their ending.

Also when you choose Tong's ending and he says, "Find us, JC... Find us..." Somehow it sends shivers down my spine and makes me think what we would do in the real world if the technology were destroyed.
Anna: "Don't tell me you're going to wear those sunglasses during a night operation."
JC: "My vision is augmented."
