I am running Debian 9.6 (the current version of Debian stable) and when trying to launch Desperados WDoA I get the error

"bash: ./desperados32: No such file or directory".

A quick internet search (see askubuntu.com/a/133460) revealed that this is because I am trying to run a 32bit binary on a 64bit system, and this leads to two questions:

1) will GOG deliver a 64bit Linux version of the game?
2) if not, how may I play it?

You need to run the following commands as root:
dpkg --add-architecture i386
apt update
apt install libc6:i386
Your system will then be able to run 32-bit binaries.
