Hi,
I have a Miix2-windows-tablet.
It has a resolution ov 1920*1080 within 11" , so this game has a size of maybe 4x6cm on the screen...
This makes the game unplayable.
Is there any chance to play this game in fullscreen or to double the used resolution like in dosbox or something like this?
I found some posts here, but nothing that helped in any way.

Did I simply miss the right info or did the developer ignore this problem?

IIRC, you can choose to double the window size or go to fullscreen in the game options (from the main menu)..
