Given that the final part of the game is borderline unplayable for many ... something that the most recent update is supposed to address:
How much longer until us GOG customers will be able to finish the game?
Apparently the answer is: Now. It just installed by itself.
Either this is a total coincidence or GOG Galaxy 2.0's "Check updates" button is currently broken.
