It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

SirPrimalform: I'm curious, I see the game has Steam workshop support to go along with the mod support. I see we now have an update (presumably the one that was being talked about in this thread). How do we go about downloading mods other than the example one?
Quote:

Just click "mods" from the save menu, then "install from zip" and browse to the file. This will work on both the Mac and Windows versions of the game.

SirPrimalform: No, I was asking where we download mods, not how we install ones we've downloaded.

To put it another way, where are the zips for me to browse to?
Not sure, perhaps they will come with time?

larsiusprime: Steam's Workshop unfortunately doesn't let regular people download mods as zips (I can do it as an admin, though).

That's really unfortunate, it feels like a lock-in strategy on their part. I suppose we could start uploading mods do something like Desura's ModDB, but then I'd be promoting another GOG competitor...

I'm not equipped to share, curate/vet/approve, and distribute mods on my own servers, so a good 3rd-party solution is definitely needed here. Of course, if GOG ever wants to get in the mod hosting game, I'd be all over that. I figure the legal and administrative burden might be kind of daunting however (why I'm not ready to do it myself yet).
Why not try Nexus mods?

Something like this is completely third-party as far as I can tell.

Check out the Fallout 3 Nexus:
