Hi. I'm one of the developers of Death Trash.

So happy to have Death Trash here on GOG. I've been using GOG myself since the first Fallouts appeared here. (Maybe that was when GOG launched? Don't remember exactly.)

General info about Death Trash, some questions and answers: www.deathtrash.com/info
There's some info in there about the state of the in development version.

Technical support: www.deathtrash.com/support

For reporting bugs and giving feedback you can best use our in-game tool, reachable anytime via F1. This is preferred by us because it attaches some general systems info like operating system and some general game info state to every reported issue.

If you want to give any further feedback or have questions about Death Trash, you can use these forums.

You can also visit one of these places:

The official Death Trash Discord: https://discord.com/invite/deathtrash
Twitter: https://twitter.com/DeathTrash

Updates:
We update Death Trash about once per month while still being in development.

Beta Branch:
There's a beta branch where we post the inbetween incremental updates for the monthly updates. You can set your game installation to the beta branch via the Galaxy Client:
Death Trash Game Settings -> Manage Installation -> Configure -> Beta Channels, set to Beta

Save games:
We try our best to keep savegames compatible between updates.
There might be quest and balancing bugs though. This is also the reason why we might enforce needing a fresh start for the future 1.0 version.

Hope you'll be having fun with Death Trash.

I dont know if you are the one but someone posted this on Reddit a yearish ago and I remember saving it to my list of "need to play" games. Today when I clicked new and saw you on here I may or may not have screamed. Insta bought, thank you so much for coming to GOG, this is fantastic seeing it here and you supporting us in the DRM free community!

If anyone is on the fence, these guys have a fantastic story and idea brewing behind the scenes here. If you're into "splatterpunk" grime and dirt and not afraid of some swear words and really love post apocalypic RPG's BUY THIS NOW and thank me later!

Thanks for the heads up!
A communicative developer is always welcome, and has definitely convinced me to buy the game. (I would probably have bought it anyway...)
Hello,

Question for Devs:

is it possible to turn off the screen shake (i can see it on the animated gifs, so i guess this setting is default)?
If not: could you please kindly consider to build in the option (even by editing an ini-file would be sufficient for me).

Thank you
Best regards

You can switch screen shake between "None", "Light" and "Full".

Oh, another "early bird" - thank you for the information, that is really good to know. :-)
Appreciate your answer. Thank you.
Will there be a soundtrack and/or artbook available? I'd love to get it alongside the game on Itch.io

James, the composer of Death Trash, will make the soundtrack available at some point. But it's still early for the audio parts in our development process, so it's probably gonna take a while still.
We were thinking about making something with all the concept art, but no concrete plans yet.
Hey lovely devs,

First of all, not going to praise the game for all its merits, no dev needs that right ? =)

But more seriously, I've looked around (and by that I mean Steam forum and the Discord) and haven't seen patchnotes ?
Though the game definitely has had updates(downloads at least) over here on GoG, any chance to know what it is about ?

I suppose it's inconsequential and players wouldn't see the changes, but still. Any kind of information would be nice, granted you people have the time to do it.

Note : posted here to avoid making a new thread.
Note 2 : maybe "changelog" is the more appropriate term.

Thanks for reading!

EDIT : What an idiot, the changelog is on the main menu of the game :') Nevermind me then !

Yeah, the patch notes being in the main menu was the main reason why deciding how and where to post them in addition to that was a low priority for now.
I'll probably post them here or on our website, too, in the future

The GOG version will be patched the same time as the other store versions, by the way.
