I have been able to work out how to interact with the game mostly, but am at a point where I would really like to save and go to bed! LOL

I gather that you an only save at certain points throughout the game ie. where the telephones are? But I cant find a quit option? How do I quit?

Is there a manual, or a basic tutorial on how to play the game?

And now there is only this reply showing, the number 5 has gone from the reply field. *confused*

First of all, yes, you can only save the game at specific points, namely the telephones. As for quitting, I don't have the game installed right now and it's quite a big download for me to undertake just to give you a more precise answer, but I'm pretty sure you can quit the game via the in-game options menu (that heavily stylized screen with the tree leaves and the drawers and such, I don't quite recall which key to press to bring it up).

Was it the "Esc" button by any chance where you can see some certain stuffs like a Deer's head moving as you press the Esc button?
In the interactive screen with profiling, options, etc., you want to go to "title" and then "exit game." And yes you have to find the savepoints, which is kind of a drag but oh well, it's fun I think regardless.
