In the game you can fall through elevator/moving floors if you are in aim mode and look down. This can break the game as elevators can become locked and your character trapped/killed. Wish I'd known this as I'm trapped between a vacuum and a broken elevator :(
So if using aim mode while in an elevator or on moving objects avoid looking down. Or, switch out of aim mode until the elevator stops.
