The bundle is no longer showing as owned for me, and the Soundtrack is missing from my library page for Dead Age 2, which is clearly listed as part of the bundle.

Orders History still shows that I own the Dead Age 1 + 2 Bundle.
I did the GOG refresh, but that didn't change anything.
