The game appears to run just fine, but I'm unable to change character. According to the help, I should be able to do so by pressing the 1/2/3 keys but when I do, nothing happens.

I'm running this on a macOS Mojave MacBook Pro.

Never mind, I didn't realize you had to progress through the game for a while before you could change characters.
