A quick workaround is to keep Galaxy open, click "More" and select "Get Backup & Extras." Select the installer and download it. Once complete, browse to where it downloaded, then install it. When it's finished installing, it'll show up in your Galaxy list as installed.

I actually downloaded the installer straight from the GoG website and installed, same thing occurred, so that works too...
