The 1.01 patch came out yesterday and it fixes a save game issue. Is the current GOG installer the pre-patch version or does it already have the patch built in?

Sure seems like the Gog version is 1.1.6, which begs the question: why not keep consisten version numbers across your platforms?
As to save game bugs, I completed the game, quitting and launching later about 6 times and had no issue, but of course that doesn't mean none exist, just that I didn't find any

no i have on website v1.1.6 and the download will download installer 2.0.0.4 same as 22.03.
no seperate patch ...
mac version the same 1.1.6
right klick on DOTT.exe -> Properties:
Productversion: 1.0
Fileversion 1.1.0
