I kind of forgot about these things untill the third chapter, so when I finally cashed two completed chapters in, it only gave me the key to the forgelands tomb. I guess its only loot thats hidden in them, but thats probably a bug that shoudl be fixed.

Did you try handing in again? It most likely just acted upon the first chapter and waits for you to hand in the second now.
