Get all the armor pieces and beat the game, then when you start a new game, the game will ask if you want to bring over the Abyssal Armor in the next playthrough. Nothing else carries over but the armor itself is very OP (you deal more damage, enemies do less to you, and you get back a small bit of health from each attack).
