Hello,

For about a week now, I've been running into an error with this game that states that I don't have the proper DirectX version to run it, which I do. I've updated my drivers and everything and still can't get the game running. Annoying considering that the game ran perfectly before. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Edit: I meant to say "Warmastered Edition" and not Deathinitive. My bad, got the two confused.

Did you try a clean reinstall? Meaning: Uninstall, delete all remaining files, reinstall.

If you don't want to do that, see if you have any DirectX dlls in your game directory. Move them to a different directory and try again. It could be they belonged to an earlier game version and were not removed during an update.
