That's a lot of changes.. :o
I'll say. At least they implemented all the changes ahead of the release instead of trying to rebalance everything afterwards like the Crimson Court. That was awful.
Anyway now it's good time to make backup of current DD version download. :D
This seems to change the basic combat elements quite a bit. My first impressions are that critical hits may become too common (I like increasing the %, but it seems up a lot in most cases), stuns are no longer so common as % chances are down, I'm not sure the reduced enemy HP and damage are enough to matter in most cases, several hero buffs are now 1-time-use for battle-long duration (makes sense in most cases), flagellant abilities nerfed, boss and mini boss fights end upon death of boss itself, and target marking (and being marked) have some real added impacts. It'll take playing these conditions to see what it's really like, and I assume some adjusted balance over the next few months, but it sounds like more good than bad overall (though I reserve the right to change my opinion ; ) ). I am interested to try out the colour of madness and pick up the Musketeer (Arbalest skin).
Apart from a few specific things (stun nerfs and anti-stalling measures among them) I have no problem with the new changes. I don't heavily rely on stalling tactics, but stuns have always been the cornerstone of my battle strategy. It was such a luxury being able to reliably stun an enemy twice in a row if need be, but I don't know if that will be the case anymore.
hmmm?
is it already released here on GoG?
Because i can't find the Dlc (nor the free Musketeer Dlc) here on GoG.

Godfather101: is it already released here on GoG?
No, not yet.
Is there any idea when it will be available? See it is even on Humble at this point.

No idea, but devs said it will be here as well.

Cool . Was hoping it was going to happen today. Just picked this game up over the weekend and really digging it.
Yeah, also hoped it will be here today.
Well, that means i just have to wait for it to be released.
Hope it will be here soon.

I think it's best to play this game for first time without any DLCs - so do not worry too much. :)
Word of warning: "set default position" button can possibly "eat" one of your heroes. Steam version was patched ~4h ago, but I do not know which version is on GOG... I would advise to not use this button for now.

These are really a lot of changes. It's almost a new game. Not sure if I like them but will try it anyways at some time. If you're in the middle of a campaign you might want to wait with updating to not screw over your long term strategy.
Solely from looking at the changelog, I am quite excited about the changes to my favourite GraveRobber-Antiquarian-Vestal-Shieldbreaker party. Dodge for days, bby.

The vast increase in limited abilities is interesting. I have no idea, who a Flagellant is even going to be played now. This is going to be exciting.
